1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on bdx77.app, accessing any game, placing any bet, or making any deposit or withdrawal, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of the device, browser, or application used to access bdx77 services.

bdx77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Material changes will be flagged via a platform-wide notice displayed on login for a period of not less than seven (7) calendar days following the amendment.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in the event of any ambiguity or conflict with any translated version. All formal correspondence and dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted in English at Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to bdx77 and all associated gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing bdx77 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on bdx77. Duplicate accounts, accounts held in another person's name, or accounts opened using falsified information are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdx77 may merge, suspend, or permanently close the accounts and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings — this is strongly recommended and may be required for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Never share your username, password, or 2FA codes with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared device.
• Notify bdx77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

bdx77 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from bdx77 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In order to process withdrawals, claim certain bonus offers, or in response to suspicious activity flags, bdx77 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This may involve submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), a proof of address document dated within the last three months, and/or evidence of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdx77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and Crypto (USDT via TRC-20 or ERC-20 networks).

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account balance within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to three (3) business hours to process depending on the originating institution.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations, typically within fifteen (15) minutes for USDT TRC-20.
• bdx77 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which bdx77 bears no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing review period of up to twenty-four (24) hours. Once approved, funds are typically delivered within sixty (60) minutes to mobile wallet accounts.
• bdx77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding account-tier thresholds.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed to third-party accounts, accounts in another person's name, or anonymous payment channels.
• In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, bdx77 may delay, suspend, or cancel a withdrawal pending investigation. Players will be notified in accordance with applicable law.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

bdx77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer as communicated at the time of the promotion, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.3 Seasonal and Ongoing Promotions

bdx77 regularly releases promotional offers tied to cricket seasons (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other culturally significant events in Bangladesh. These promotions are time-limited and subject to the terms published alongside each individual offer. 6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

bdx77 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraudulent activity — including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, or identity fraud.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game.
• Use of automated software — including bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting system not expressly permitted by bdx77.
• Exploitation of software errors — intentionally exploiting technical glitches, display errors, or game malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error are void and will not be paid out.
• Money laundering — using bdx77 as a vehicle to launder funds of any origin. bdx77 cooperates fully with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• Abuse of customer support — threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward bdx77 staff is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

All game outcomes on bdx77 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. 7. Account Suspension and Closure

bdx77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the player.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Extended period of inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant).

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your bdx77 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to standard KYC checks. Account closure requests submitted for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will be processed within one (1) hour of receipt, at any time of day or night.

7.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no withdrawal, no bet placed). bdx77 will notify you by email before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳150 (or the remaining balance if lower) to cover maintenance costs. Notification will be sent to the registered email address on the account. No dormancy fee will be applied if the account balance is zero.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdx77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
• Interruptions to service caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor delays, scheduled or emergency maintenance, or events outside bdx77's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including breach of account security obligations.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any nature, even if bdx77 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits bdx77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bdx77 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players are advised to maintain up-to-date antivirus software on their devices and to use secure, private internet connections when accessing their accounts.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which bdx77 operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the bdx77 support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body. Disputes must be submitted within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim; claims submitted after this period are time-barred.
